Hailing from Porto Alegre, Brazil, Rafael Albuquerque is best known for his DC work on All Star Batman, Animal Man, and Batgirl along with creator-owned titles such as Mondo Urbano and Eight. For his work on American Vampire (DC/Vertigo) in 2010, Rafael earned an Eisner, Harvey and Inkpot Award.
