This appearance is questionable and more of a theory by Star Wars fans. The character pictured in this issue was not intended to be the first Sith but in a reference guide called Book of Sith: Secrets from the Dark Side (that was packaged inside of a Holocron), an explanation and accompanying image led fans to speculate that this was Adas
