THE MODERN NOSTRADAMUS Luthor deceives a hermit with false prophecies from Nostradamus; the hermit announces the prophecies to Metropolis and these seem to come true, but they are only Luthor's scientific prowess. MAN AGAINST MANHUNTER A criminal named Hunter tries to kill Congo Bill with a leopard in order to get diamonds on a land that belongs to the government. THE PHONY PITCHMAN A gang of street salesmen are selling phony products, and Zatara punishes them. THE RELUCTANT ANNIE OAKLEY
