Green Arrow and Black Canary feel they have little choice but to help Davy Tenzer, who claims to have lived for centuries, and who tells them that a deadly band called the Organization is meeting at the hotel, planning to neutralize every government on Earth!; Davy gets them into the Organizations secret planning room, but the three of them are taken down by guards.
