Synopsis
MAKE ME A SUPER-HERO! / MASQUERADE OF THE NUTTY KID! In order to boost his networks ratings, UBC president Samuel Tanner orders Dr. Peter Silverstone to create a new super-hero for them to feature, and is rewarded with Blackrock, who becomes a foe of Superman. Lex Luthor fires a hypno-beam at Black Canary, inducing her to want to kill Green Arrow. But she hypnotizes herself into believing Lex Luthor is Green Arrow, and attacks him. Luthor teleports away, and the desire to kill leaves Black Canary; Green Arrow turns up moments later, and, after a reunion, he and Black Canary find Danny Harris in the cargo section of Luthors helicopter.
