Synopsis

THE TORNADO TWINS! The Legion of Super-Heroes are upstaged by a brother and sister superhero team, the Tornado Twins. They are really Don Allen and Dawn Allen, descendants of the Silver-Age Flash, Barry Allen. However, their powers are only temporary and they return back to living a regular life.
