Deadman inhabits the body of a pigeon to keep Abraham Gold from shooting himself. He is depressed because his son Jacob makes a living pushing drugs for mobster Mr. Caprice. THE DEFEAT OF THE JUSTICE SOCIETY! The Huntress tells Power Girl the story of how the Justice Society originally disbanded in 1951 when they were asked to reveal their true identities before a Congressional hearing committee, and refused. DEATH ON ICE! Aquaman is decoyed by a clone-Mera into a trap set by the Antarctic Nazis, during which he discovers Helga is still alive, only a clone of herself having been killed earlier.
