A collection of comics and stories, including -- "Mystery at Apex Broadcasting" , featuring the Green Lantern :  When the station's top announcer is murdered, Alan Scott applies for a job at APEX Broadcasting to investigate. -- "Action at the College Ball" , featuring the Atom :   When Mary decides to wear the "Kador Necklace," worth $25,000, to the Calvin College "Diamond Ball," Al decides to attend, and soon has his hands full of action as The Atom when crooks appear to steal it. -- "Robbers' Riposte" , featuring Hop Harrigan :   Hop Harrigan and Gerry help her father report the bandits on his ranch to the sheriff. The sheriff then leads a group of men to surround the crooks.
