"Northern Lights . . . Double Cross Conclusion" Reuben discovers the cache of bogus Mananacillin he seized is engineered to kill a human's immune system. After saving Sam Louis from a lynch mob, the case bursts wide open and the Pan African League is implicated in a plot to kill off the population of the United States.
