Synopsis
The Chango crime family has Desiree Deutchmarx in their pocket, and Desiree has Raul strung out on a new strain of super catnip. It's an ideal situation for the Chango family but a bad deal for their long time enemies the Los Reyes. When Raul's office orders everyone in Los Reyes territory relocated to make room for a new urban minimall, the Plex Militia gets involved. All hell breaks loose with Reuben as usual caught in the middle.
