Synopsis
Former Mayor C.K. Blitz hires Jules Folquet as muscle to intimidate Sam Louis Obispo for a piece of his black market wrestling scam. Sam isn't easily intimidated, however and he keeps his cool until he's suddenly rescued by a robot version of The Black Beaver. Meanwhile, C.G. Marakova brings in the real Black Beaver and discovers Mandy and Comptroller Vulgate, the Plexaucrat in charge of the annual budget, in a compromising position. Robot Black Beaver is revealed to be working for Comptroller Vulgate, and Jules and C.K. try to take over the QUSA studios by force.This issue also contains an 8 page backup story: Here Comes Mavis, by Grant, Staton and Barta.
