Synopsis
Due to a computer glitch, Chicago hasn't been getting its food shipments from the Plex, and the entire city is in chaos. Reuben arrives by plane with his paramilitary army of Mark Thrust devotees, and helps supplement the dwindling ranks of Rangers. Chicago gets pacified, the computers get fixed, and everything goes back to status quo... except that Mandy's still dead and the last of the would be assassins from Reuben's road trip wants revenge.
