Synopsis

With Raul broadcasting everything live from Marsplex, Reuben finally confronts President Silver, who explains why Mars is mostly deserted. Silver turns over the reigns of The Plex to Reuben and he begins his administration as Plex President. After several disastrous weeks as President, Reuben calls for an emergency vote for who should fill the office, however the vote has the distinction of having the lowest voter turnout in recorded history, and Reuben turns The Plex back over to Silver, but not before making a deal for Chicago and the rest of Illinois.
