Synopsis

Aquaman lays at the bottom of the river, having a heart attack as Biff Bailey jumps in to save the hero. Aquaman then confronts Dr. Percy over why he can no longer breathe the purified water, and only being capable of breathing oxygen. Meanwhile the oil company responsible deploys a cadre of Oulandian soldiers to kill the Sea Devils and Aquaman, while blocking all transmissions to prevent the public from seeing the disaster. Aquaman then defeats the soldiers in the water, before utilizing his telepathy in a new way to call in birds to aid the Devils.Meanwhile Dane has been captured by several soldiers, and is about to be executed before he admits he framed the Devils. However Biff arrives in time to save Dane's life, with the two restoring the transmissions with the world seeing the actions. Meanwhile Aquaman questions the captured Oumlandian soldiers, but before they can give him any information there helmets explode killing them all. Meanwhile Aquaman comes up with a plan to stop the microbes spread, through a silcion water mix,cutting off there progress and starving them.Aquaman then apologizes to Dane for his harsh treatment, while Biff rejoins the team. Aquaman then returns to New York,but Mission informs him of Oumland pushing the vote on Poseidonis up to today. The two then arrive at the U.N. where Oumland votes for Poseidonis's inclusion. Aquaman then leaves arriving at Merrevales alongside a group of reporters to expose their dealing in South America, Aquaman then laughs at the CEO's threats to put him in jail due to his diplomatic immunity. Wylie is then seen in a circle with several other members, including the Oumland ambassador who decides it's best to give Wylie a new less visible position.
