Archie, Mr. Weatherbee and Archie's dog Spotty are out on Bongo Beach fishing at night, while Mr. Lodge is out on his fishing boat with Veronica and an important client; Dilton arrives to show Archie a special rocket that will enable his fishing lure to reach farther out, and the rocket winds up taking Archie into the air and, eventually, into Mr. Lodge's boat.
