"Balance of Power" Young Tony Stark fails in an attempt to create a gateway through the impenetrable dome that surrounds the entire island of Manhattan. The Avengers are forced to confront Libra and the Zodiac. Fortunately, Giant-Man discovers the power generator for the dome and disables it. Libra destroys his Zodiac warriors and makes his getaway.
