Captain America runs through the pub where the Leighs are present to get to Thunderball while Hawkeye squares off against Wrecker, Bulldozer and Piledriver. Wasp attempts to put down the armored truck with the guards inside but the distraction allows Thunderball to pull her down but in doing so, the falling truck takes out the rest of the Wrecking Crew. Captain America attacks Thunderball while Wasp is incapacitated when she shrinks down. Captain America attempts to shield the Leigh family from Thunderball's blow and is knocked out with a broken jaw for his troubles as Thunderball prepares to finish him off.
