Synopsis

With a growing fortune and his eyes set on Hill Valley, Biff returns to claim the city and grow it in his toxic image with the creation of BIFFCO ENTERPRISES. As a result, the Hill Valley Civic Committee is formed to stop Biff by any means necessary. But will tragedy dissolve them before they get their chance?
