Batgirl #35

BLANK SLATE Oracle is helping Batman search for the mysterious assassin Alpha, so she cannot help Batgirl with her mission to track down an arms shipment, which Batman assigned to her as part of her training to become a detective.   Batgirl goes to start investigating. She saves an amnesiac man named "Michael Sommers" from gangsters who question him about the arms shipment, and she takes him back to his hotel room where they find multiple passports with his name. Batgirl figures he is a secret agent also investigating the case. She convinces him to work together.  They burst into the arms deal at the docks. Michael does not recognize the place, but the gangsters recognize him and don't shoot. One of the gangsters tells Batgirl that he will give her information on a bigger deal rather than go to prison. Between that and seeing Michael fight, Batgirl is able to tell Oracle that she found Alpha.
