Synopsis

THE MAESTRO OF CRIME After receiving terrible reviews on his concert, pianist Payne Cardine takes revenge on society by becoming the Maestro, a masked criminal, who gives musical clues to his crimes. Batman and Robin accept the help of a music professor, whom they costume as the Sparrow to protect his identity. Together, Batman, Robin and the Sparrow figure out The Maestro's musical clues but are unable to foil the criminal's plans until his third attempt to steal the jeweled necklace of a visiting opera star in a nightclub atop a Gotham skyscraper. THE INVADERS FROM THE PAST Batman and Robin encounter what appear to be strange figures from the past armed with archaic weapons looting Gotham City. Shortly after their discovery, news about a scientist who has been experimenting with time science reaches the heroes and they set out to meet the man, in order to learn where are the ancient men coming from. After learning of the time portals, the Dynamic Duo investigate the case and they are suddenly taken into one of the portals by some ancient warriors. It is then revealed that the whole situation has been a hoax by a couple of criminals in order to commit crimes without revealing their identities. However, after they learn that the portals are real, they decide to get the invention from the scientist. But when they attempt to steal the scientist's research, they learn they've been duped by Batman and Robin, who used the same hoax on them. The crooks are finally captured and the case is solved. BATMAN TUNES IN ON MURDER A freak reflection of solar rays through a gem on the ring of a Jaharian Rajah momentarily gives Batman the power to tune into someone's thoughts, and he picks up part of a murder plan. After investigating the case, Batman finally learns the identity of the criminal behind the murder attempt as the Rajah's official translator. When the criminal is captured, Batman is awarded by the local and foreign authorities.
