BITTER ORANGE! Leaving the nation of Markovia, the Outsiders fly to Gotham City, where Batman is informed by Alfred of a series of strange bombings at chemical plants in the city.   Before going into action, Batman gets the group acclimatized and helps Halo establish a civilian identity. After this, Batman gives Halo and Katana Bruce Wayne's Penthouse at the Wayne Foundation building for them to live and the former Batcave II in the ground below the building is transformed into the Outsiders Headquarters. Immediately afterwards, the heroes become involved in a fight against Agent Orange, a deranged Vietnam veteran who wants revenge on the government by dropping a gas bomb on Gotham City.   The Outsiders work together to try and stop Agent Orange and his mercenaries from gathering the chemicals, but the villain manages to drop his deadly bomb. Working together Metamorpho, Geo-Force and Halo neutralize the bomb, making it useless. Agent Orange is subsequenly unmasked and turned over to the police.
