Synopsis
...LAND WHERE OUR FATHERS DIED...! Politician B. Eric Blairman has created the group called Force of July, a team of heroes that promote the his vision of what American ideals are, and touts them against the Outsiders. When Batman discovers stolen material from S.T.A.R. Labs, he sends the Outsiders out on their own to find out Blairman's connection to the theft. After an unsuccessful clash with the Force of July, the Outsiders learn of Blairman's "Project: Orwell", inspired by George Orwell's book "1984" is a satellite project that would monitor the United States for "unpatriotic" activity and send the Force after them. Confronting the villains once again, the Outsiders are captured by the Force of July and taken to Blair's secret headquarters, where the Outsiders manage to break loose and destroy Blairman's computer system, while Geo-Force and Metamorpho destroy the satellite. The Force of July seemingly perishes in the exploding base and the Outsiders return victorious.
