Synopsis

RULES OF ENGAGEMENT PART 3 Batman infiltrates LexCorp and learns that Lex Luthor had been blackmailing Doctor Eugene Underhay into giving him WayneTech's industrial secrets, and when he was of no further use, he eliminated him.   Senator Crabtree informs Luthor of his decision to postpone the board's decision regarding the defense contract, to which Luthor delivers a veiled threat.  At Senator Crabtree's house, the GCPD arrest him for conspiracy to murder, based on the evidence that the mother of his child was killed. Crabtree protests that he doesn't know the woman, but James Gordon tells him they checked the DNA.   At Wayne Aerospace, Lucius Fox announces that LexCorp suspiciously won the contract bid, and is disappointed that all their work was for nothing. However, Bruce reassures him that he has plans for the plane, which he then converts into the Batplane.   On top of GCPD Headquarters, Gordon waits for Batman, who only reveals himself after the sniper team leaves. Batman tells Gordon that Luthor set up Crabtree and has been planning this for years.   Meanwhile, Luthor is unable to track the Batplane, so he resorts to using a mechanical bat.
