THE ARROW OF THE BAT PART 4 - PURSUED Oliver Queen has become very paranoid since nearly being killed by the unknown archer assassin. He runs around Gotham thinking he is being followed but Batman assures him this is not the case. After telling Ollie how his lawyer was murdered, Batman has to leave because he has a date with reporter Vicki Vale. Of course, Bruce uses this chance to ask Vicki about her recent trip to Dhabar where she met Minister Skave and the young prince. She also shows Bruce some pictures she took and later Bruce tells Alfred that he recognized Minister Skave as being a criminal in Gotham City.  Bruce makes his way to the hotel where Oliver Queen is staying. But Ollie has already left and flew to Dhabar where he directly confronts Minister Skave, Master Haim and the archer assassin ...
