Synopsis

Betty and Veronica are dreading the start of the new school term. Veronica gets Betty to switch French classes with her so she can be close to a handsome new French teacher. When Betty gets caught in a light sprinkle, the kids at school think her outfit looks cute slightly damp. Someone is leaving propositioning notes to both Betty and Veronica and they're determined to track the culprit down.
