When the shareholders of The Starr Corporation are being killed one-by-one, Batman and Green Arrow team up to watch over the owner jet-set playgirl Salome Starr, believing that she may have some involvement in the killings. However, the two heroes learn that the mastermind is really Two-Face, who is operating on his own. Fighting the criminal on a sky-slope, Two-Face skis off a cliff into a glacier to his seeming demise.
