"Out of Commission" John Walker (as Cap) was made to face the Flag Smasher, who had captured a place somewhere in the Arctic. Flag Smasher demanded to see Cap believing he was still Steve Rogers). Upset that the American Government hadn't sent Rogers, Flag Smasher started a fight with Walker. He eventually won and knocked Walker to the ground.
