Synopsis

In this issue.Cap has been exiled from US soil under charges of treason. In a hotel, Sharon Carter gives Cap a new uniform but without the starts and stripes. She offers him guns but he does not accept them. Instead, she gives him a charged cool-temp plasma shield that attaches to his wrist and they leave London for Moldavia where Machinesmith has constructed a Argus Cannon to prod America towards war.On the train to their destination they become under siege by Machinesmith's cyberops. They jump off the train and head to a US Air Force base nearest to Moldavia. They are followed into the base and Cap is forced to subdue his countrymen. Cap and Sharon steal an F-15 and flies into Moldavia air space, trying to become a target for the weapon. Cap locks on to the site of the weapon but not before the plane is destroyed by it.
