Synopsis
Following the Borealis Invasion, the nations of Earth are taking steps to return life to normal, with the Equilibrium organization leading the way. Michael Evans, leader of Equilibrium and brother of the late Captain Canuck, is developing a way to solve the energy crisis. Darren Oak, the new Captain Canuck, and Kebec, travel around the globe to protect the energy facilities from Con-13. Suspicions about Michael's motivations begin to form after Redcoat, the team's field commander, suddenly disappears!
