A collection of comics and stories, including -- "The Blastproof Battleship" , featuring the Red Torpedo : The enemy builds a new battleship that is supposedly invincible, as it is explosive proof and outmatches any modern weapon or ship in the world. The Red Tordedo will see about that! -- "Patterson's Plot" , featuring the Spider : The Spider investigates a department store explosion and must save a salesgirl employee, who appears to be the only witness, before she is murdered by the real culprits. -- "The Adventure of Ali Kan" , featuring Black Condor : Englishwoman Andrea Kent has inherited the province of Raj from her dead uncle. Prince Ali Kan, desiring the young princess and her lands of Raj, proposes to Andrea, but is refused. Ali Kan concocts a plan to capture Andrea instead. When the Black Condor learns of this, he sets out to save Andrea and see justice done! -- Plus : The Clock, Space Legion, Jane Arden, Madam Fatal, and more!!
