When the entire city is struck blind, Daredevil begins trying to learn the truth behind the strange phenomenon. With the help of a group of people who were blind prior to the incident, Daredevil stops a group of thugs who have drugged the water supply to cause the city to go blind and did so in order to loot the city at their leisure. DD and his blind friends beat the thugs into submission, the drug wears off, and everyone blinded by it has their vision restored.
