Grace is captured by the men who took the Savage Steel armor and discovers that they are cops from Mike’s team. Darkhawk continues to battle Venom, defeats him and moves onward in search of Bazin. Finds Mike Powell with Bazin, gets defeated and subdued by Lodestone. Mike tries to save Darkhawk and gets stabbed by Bazin. As Bazin lines up the shot to take out Darkhawk, Mike shots Bazin dead. Darkhhawk passes out.
