Synopsis

KILLER IN THE SMOG! Batman and Commissioner Gordon try to uncover the mystery of a strangler who strikes during smoggy days, and throttles his victims with a yellow ascot. After finding three victims of the murderer, Batman and Commissioner Gordon conduct separate investigations in order to find the killer. Gordon manages to find a dead man, suspected of being the murderer, but Batman finds the real killer, who is not one person, but three men who conspired to help each other and eliminate their enemies. THE CASE OF THE FORGED FACE! Jason Bard must track down the would-be assassin of a senator who has impersonated Bard in three cities.
