Synopsis

REELING Following his modus operandi, Film Freak recreates the scene from the movie "Psycho" and attempts to murder Julia Pennyworth while she is in the shower. Julia puts up a fight and prevents her death just as Vicki Vale arrives at her motel room and forces the Film Freak to escape in a hurry.   Meanwhile, the heroes interrogate Film Freak's past acquaintances, but their investigation leads them nowhere. As a result, Film Freak decides to eliminate those who betrayed him and his first victim is her former lover, India, who is brutally attacked by Film Freak. Batman and Catwoman arrive to her place in time to save India, but the Film Freak finds a way to escape.  Meanwhile, Bullock and Robin deduce that Film Freak must've been spying on the GCPD Headquarters and that's how he changed his crimes at last minute. Noticing a strange ligt coming from the building right across the street from Commissioner Gordon's office, the police officers and the Boy Wonder find Film Freak's hideout, but it's already too late as the man has set his master plan in motion. THE CRIMINAL ELEMENT Green Arrow confronts the Mayor about Champion, a hero for hire. Mayor Bolt is revealed as posing as criminal mastermind Steelclaw in order to keep the criminal element under control.
