Synopsis
Part 2 of the 4-part "Rise," the final story arc for The Dreaming. Believing herself to be Dread, the twin of Dream, the bloodthirsty Echo continues unhindered in her misguided attempt to overthrow The Dreaming. With the aid of Brute and Glob, Echo leads an army of Nightmares in a gory rampage that ends at Eve's cave, where the mother of mankind must stand alone against the revolt. Daniel (the new Dream) waits on the sidelines in silence as the one chance to restore order appears to rest in the hands of Abel's always-unpredictable brother, Cain.
