Synopsis

The hunt moved to Washington D.C.Garret finds Ken Wind and explain to him of an assassin hired to kill him. Elektra, disguised with a secret ninja technique, reaches the senator Wind, who eventually escapes. A chase starts, with Elektra kept hostage by Wind (under the possession of the Beast of Hand) and Garrett runs after them to help Elektra to survive her pitch-black near future.
