Fathom goes out to the Devil's Triangle to investigate a disturbance. She discovers a weird group of Hammerhead sharks who turn out to be robotically controlled by minions of Saker who have setup a marine vessel deep below the ocean. With the aid of dolphins (she finds out she can understand Delphinian as well, the Dolphins communicate telepathically using this language), they manage to defeat Saker's evil group. One of the dolphins she had befriended, died in the struggle. When Fathom returns home she tells her Dad she is going to take a share of her earnings and create an organization named "Longdive Foundation", in order to protect the dophins. Despite her Dad's protests, she does so anyways.
