England's super-powered child population born from the Mad Jim Jasper crysis, the Warpies are being gathered up, many against their will, and formed into a military under the control of Nigel Orpington-Smythe. Excalibur comes under attack, physically and legally...for example, many of the Excalibur members are in England illegally and Smythe can have them arrested just for that.
