Synopsis

If you think you know how the Flash got his powers, this story will tell you otherwise. Mopee the helpful elf appears to Barry Allen and declares that he is responsible for Barry becoming the fastest man alive. Apparently it was Mopee who directed the lightning bolt that hit the chemicals which gave Barry his powers. But Mopee had made a mistake, since the chemicls weren't the personal property of Barry (which they were meant to be if used for a good deed) but belonged to the police department. So Mopee was sent back to correct his mistake and take away the Flash's powers. The Flash suggests that instead, he go but his own chemicals so they can splash on him appropriately. Mopee agrees, but insists that the Flash buys the chemicals with money earned in his super hero identity. So Flash has to hire himself out for quick cash, stumbling into an exciting adventure as he does so.
