CASABLANCA NIGHTS Wally West tries to use his JLE teleporter to escape a dreary day of housework with a trip to Paris.  However, he ends up in Lisbon instead, and quickly stumbles into the middle of a plot to assassinate a defecting Russian scientist and his escort, Phantom Lady.  Flash helps Phantom Lady and the scientist escape from a run-down diner, and finds himself being forced to take the two of them on a tour of Portugal's worst restaurants.  It turns out that the scientist's research involves the poisoning of food supplies, and he has come to Portugal to collect some new samples.  The trio finally arrives at the airport to escape the country, but first they have to fight off the would-be assassins Merlyn and Syonide one more time.
