Synopsis

A collection of comics and stories, including -- "The Hatchet Cult" , featuring the Flash :   Joan Williams, in Chinatown to see an eye doctor, is attacked by a strange sect of the Tong. The Flash decides to intervene to see if he can determine who resurrected the cult and why. -- "The Adventure of the Killer Gang" , featuring Hawkman :   A ruthless killing witnessed by Shiera spurs the Hawkman on to track down the gang's leader, but he is shocked when he discovers that man is the Police Commissioner's son!
