Synopsis

The Freedom Fighter battle the supposedly deceased Silver Ghost's minions at the Yonkers Raceway in New York. They defeat the henchmen but barely have time to catch their breath when colleague Martha Roberts is kidnapped, which leads the team to the famous Rutland, Vermont Superhero Celebration!  It is also in this issue that Darrel Dane (AKA Freedom Fighters member Doll Man) creates a gizmo allowing Roy Lincoln (The Human Bomb) to control his powers of "explosion-upon-contact"
