Synopsis
"And Vegas Writhes in Flame!" - With Roxanne prisoner of Dude Jensen, Jensen transforms into a demon called Roulette -- the demon of the casinos -- who is unable to destroy her due to her purity, and so leaves her. As Johnny races to find Roxanne, he transforms into Ghost Rider and is attacked by Roulette, who terrorizes that area where Roxanne is held prisoner.
