"Carnival of Death" Part I; Steel Vengeance is killed by Styge for disobedience amd Steel Wind is sent to capture John Blaze; John and the Ghost Rider arrive back at the Carnival to find that it has been attacked by the demons while they were gone; The Carnival was able to withstand the attack and the demons scattered around the town; When the demons left many of the people, including Timmy's father went out hunting them; Timmy sneaks out to look for his father; Mephisto meets with a human who wants vengeance on the Ghost Rider and when he sells his soul Mephisto transforms him into Vengeance; John and the Ghost Rider go after Timmy and save him just in time; When they arrive back at the carnival they find it under siege by Steel Wind and the demons.
