Synopsis

There is a report that scientists at an Alaskan research facility have been killed. A few G.I. Joe members are sent to investigate the situation, where they discover a mysterious man has wired the station to explode. They find out the man is Kwinn, a mercenary for hire, and attempt to apprehend him, but he escapes. The Joes catch up with Kwinn again where they find out he was hired by the Russians to cover up an experiment gone bad, and while Kwinn doesn't agree with the Russians, he is unwilling to forgo his contract as promised. second print featuring black suit Spider-Man head in UPC box is from 1986.
