Synopsis

Cobra's inner fighting leads to a fractured organization and a captured Cobra Commander. The Joes have staked out Major Bludd and Baroness in a small Swiss village. When Major Bludd blackmails Cobra Commander for two million dollars, the two agree to meet in Italy for an exchange. The Joe's secretly follow. But the exchange goes bad leading to a frantic chase which leaves Cobra Commander as the odd man out.
