After escaping from the sunken bunker in Sierra Gordo, Snake Eyes and Dr. Venom find themselves captured by a contingent of Cobra Troops. Dr. Venom, as usual, tries everything to lie and cheat his way out of the situation. When it looks like his appeals have failed Kwinn, who was believed dead, emerges from the water and guns down the entire Cobra Troop.The three uneasy allies make their way to an airfield and commandeer a plane. On the flight both Kwinn and Snake Eyes are subject to Dr. Venom's attempts to double cross them and kill them both. He fails in his attempts, but the two men spare his life believing that he will come in handy down the line. After crash landing their plane on a beach in Miami, Dr. Venom is picked up by representatives from Cobra while Snake Eyes and Kwinn are incarcerated.
