Teams comprised of G.I. Joe and Destro's operatives successfully rescue Flint and Baroness from General Moskin and his group bent on destroying Cobra Commander. The mission does not go smoothly though as one operative is killed in the fray. The G.I Joe team returns to America, bringing back a new agent, Daina.
