Synopsis
Part 1 The Joe team is called back into action to confront the threat of Cobra once again. Introduction of Kamakura, a new pupil of Snake Eyes, who is known as the Silent Master. Introduction of Lilian (Armada). Flint and Lady Jay have married during their time off. Scarlett and Snake Eyes have a bitter reunion. General Hawk's nickname of "Tomahawk" is mentioned. Bazooka has gained some weight and lost some hair in his down time. Part 2 Destro assumes control of Cobra, while Cobra Commander is driven insane. Questions arise as to the identity of this "Destro." New recruits are added to the Joe team, and the invasion of the Dreadnok Compound is started. Introduction of Zanya, Zartan's daughter. The "Greenshirts" are introduced. Introduction of the Dreadnok Chop Shop. The return of Billy, Cobra Commander's son.
