Synopsis
This issue focuses on Scoop the newest member of the G.I.Joe team, and the trail by fire that everyone has to go through before they can truly be considered a Joe. The Joe's mission is to infiltrate the country of Sierra Gordo and save "El Jefe", the countries leader, from Destro's Iron Grenadiers. Scoop is along to document the entire mission incase the Joes presence in Sierra Gordo goes under senate investigations. The information for the Joe's ambush turns out to be wrong and they are left fighting for their lives.
